Engineering consultancy and project management services on a contract basis are offered in the following areas:
TEBA has a track record of successful technical and industrial automation consultancy and contracting in
the marine and offshore, pharmaceutical, steel, oil & gas industry and for the Dutch government as well.
Industrial automation engineering services, including safety integrity applications:
- project management, user requirements and functional specification, technical (software) design, detailed engineering and implementation of instrumentation and process control as well as safety (ESD) systems in a variety of markets: in the oil, gas, petrochemical, steel and marine & offshore industry, in pharmaceutical industries, and for governmental civil structures (such as storm surge barrier and federal traffic systems)
- scheduling and management information systems for the oil, gas, petrochemical industries
- audits on the scope, feasibility and profitability (including cost analysis)
of industrial automation projects/contracts.
Validation & qualification consultancy services:
- Validation of industrial automation and ICT applications (compliance with international standards such as GAMP4, ICH-cGCP, 21 CFR Part 11, IEC 61508 etc.), comprising validation & qualification scope definition, validation project management, audits, preparation of validation & qualifications plans, SOPs, test program design, test procedure development, test execution, and evaluation of test results
- risk analyses of emergency shut down (ESD) systems and process installations in FDA regulated industries.
Technology contracting services (procurement support):
- preparing prequalification, purchase and user requirement specification (URS) documents for process automation technology,
production equipment, and ICT services
- qualifying and selecting suppliers
- proposal/contract evaluation and support with contract negotiations.
Proposal & contract management consultancy services:
- auditing and improving the management (by (re) organization of workflows and accountabilities as well as coaching of proposal executives) of technology proposals & contracts
- improving the structure, technical, and commercial (including legal) contents of technology proposals and contracts
- improving price policies, cost engineering and (sub-) contracting.
